TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Haddenham Window Cleaners provides professional exterior window cleaning and related services, including frames, sills, doors, conservatories, fascia and soffit cleaning, gutter clearing, and other exterior cleaning services as agreed.
Unless otherwise specified, all services are external only.
2. Regular Cleaning Schedule
Customers may be placed on a regular cleaning schedule, typically every 4, 6, or 8 weeks.
We operate a route-based service and therefore cannot guarantee exact dates or times. Cleaning visits may occur up to 7 days either side of the anticipated date due to weather conditions, operational requirements, or route planning.
3. First Clean
The first clean may be charged at a higher rate than subsequent cleans due to additional time required to remove accumulated dirt and restore windows to a maintainable standard.
4. Access Requirements
Customers must ensure safe and unobstructed access to all areas requiring cleaning.
This includes:
• Unlocking gates where necessary.
• Securing pets.
• Removing obstacles that may prevent safe access.
• Ensuring pathways are safe and clear.
If we are unable to access part or all of the property, a charge may still apply.
5. Weather Policy
We clean windows in most weather conditions, including light rain, as purified water cleaning systems are not affected by rainfall.
In cases of severe weather, high winds, thunderstorms, or unsafe working conditions, appointments may be rescheduled.
6. Cleaning Results
Our purified water cleaning system effectively removes general dirt, dust, algae, cobwebs, and environmental contamination.
However, standard window cleaning does not include removal of:
• Paint.
• Cement or plaster residue.
• Builders’ debris.
• Adhesives or stickers.
• Hard water staining.
• Scratches or damaged glass.
• Oxidised or permanently stained frames.
Additional specialist cleaning services may be available at extra cost.
7. Health and Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue work where we believe conditions are unsafe.
Our staff will not undertake activities that breach health and safety regulations.
8. Damage and Liability
Haddenham Window Cleaners carries Public Liability Insurance.
We cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing defects, poor maintenance, faulty fittings, deteriorated frames, loose seals, cracked glass, or other structural issues.
Any concerns regarding damage must be reported within 48 hours of the service being completed.
9. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cash, direct debit, or online payment.
Late payments may result in suspension of future services.
10. Cancellations
Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Repeated cancellations may result in removal from our regular cleaning schedule.
11. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the clean.
We will investigate and, where appropriate, return to rectify any issues at no additional cost.
12. Privacy
Customer information will only be used for the purpose of providing services, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and communicating relevant service updates.
We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except where required by law.
13. Acceptance
By booking a service, making payment, or allowing Haddenham Window Cleaners to carry out work at your property, you confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
