Haddenham Window Cleaners – Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment Due
Payment is due upon completion of each clean unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment Methods
We accept payment by:
Our bank details will be provided on your invoice or payment request.
Payment Timescales
Payment must be made within 48 hours of the service being completed.
Late Payments
A late payment charge of 10% of the outstanding balance may be applied to invoices that remain unpaid after 48 hours.
Missed Payments
If payment is not received, we reserve the right to suspend future services until the outstanding balance has been cleared.
Debt Recovery
Outstanding accounts may be referred to a debt recovery agency or pursued through the courts. Any reasonable costs incurred in recovering unpaid balances may be added to the amount owed where permitted by law.
Regular Window Cleaning
Customers on a regular cleaning schedule are expected to keep their account up to date. Continued non-payment may result in removal from our regular cleaning round.
Invoice Queries
If you believe there is an issue with your invoice, please contact us within 7 days of the invoice date so we can investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
